Farm Store & Field Crew Team Members

Isabelle Farm is seeking 2-3 people to join our team 2-4 days/week, beginning immediately and running through mid-November. We have positions open in the field and in our farm store. Our farm store is open Friday-Sunday, so availability on Saturday or Sunday or both is necessary. Prior experience in retail, preferably produce retail, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about good food and have an interest in or understanding of the regional local food system. Prior experience working farmer's markets, CSA pickups, and/or in the produce section of a grocery store is a plus, and enjoying customer service and talking with people who believe in strong and ethical local food systems. As regards the field crew, qualified applicants must have prior experience working hard outdoors, have a positive attitude, and the ability to show up on time, ready to work hard in all kinds of weather. Prior experience on a vegetable and/or fruit farm a plus. We have enough work for someone to work 4 days/week-8 hours/day, but are flexible and can accommodate part-time, two-day/week-5-hour/day schedules, too.... We just ask that you come ready to put in a solid effort while you are working.
