REQUIRED SKILLS: • Ability to multitask and meet customer needs and deadlines • Forward thinking, adapts well to change, and learns quickly • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite *Contract Services* knowledge of State, Local and Federal and Cooperative Contracts a plus. *Specification Services* knowledge of Specification Tools such as 20/20 GIZA/CAP, CET Project Matrix, and/or Auto CAD.
