Landlord Needs Occasional Repair Help With Residential Rentals

I own several contigeous residential rental properties in Hurst near NE Mall. They were built by myself several years ago and now I live a few hours away and need help maintaining them from time to time. These are quality, brick homes (duplex and triplex) that are in excellent, clean condition, but ocasionally I need help with items like plumbing, electrical, fence repair, painting or similar straight forward handy-man projects. This is "gig" type work- you supply your own tools and transportation and set your own price for your service. Hours are flexible but will need to coordinate with the tenant's schedules. Most work from home and are flexible. Background check is mandatory with no criminal records. I'm looking for a long term win- win relationship with someone who is dependable, honest, trustworthy, communicates well and is skilled in a wide varity of the building trades.
