Description
We embarked on a new operation in our partnership after nearly a year of work and planning. We acquired the West base location, christened it with the horses (nose to nose), and built from there with a strong plan, combined resources, acheiveble goals and the team mindset to do it.
Still, you dreaded the impact of a public announcement on your legacy organization. When that recently happened, and the time came to move forward with the merger, you unbelievably scratched the entire venture and 18 months of our investment equity. You realigned yourself with all of the influences and perspectives you wanted to improve or escape, convinced yourself "it costs too much to have a voice" and then silenced mine as well. You sacrificed your future (and now mine) to your past... again.
My options are now clearly limited, while you and your pilot still have unrestricted access to our East base. I watch for you constantly, expecting you to show up or reach out with a renewed confidence and commitment to this acquisition and merger. Do it!
