Main line Sewer needs replaced

From basement,to across street,been told it can be pipe bursted and replaced with out digging yard up,the company I was going to use has decided not to call as they said plus they wanted way to much after talking to neighbor's,now I've called around and everyone wants to run a camera and charge more money to do that,I know the whole line needs replaced,need someone that can simply measure this area and give me a price,yes I get camera idea but it's not needed since I know the whole line is bad,I have away to measure if needed,this job should not cost twenty grand,as I was previously told,I'f you can help let me know.
