Need Skilled/Experienced, reliable Plumber/Handyman for remodel jobs, possible partnership.
Must be reliable and experienced.
Handyman experience A plus like in tile install, baseboards, buildout, basic additions like plumbing and electrical basic, and landscaping knowledge.
Needed for ongoing rehab & remodel work. Must have tools & transportation.
Must be able to follow instructions and communicate to do clean work as directed.
Need to hire ASAP.
Price per gig determined at start of project.
