American Cleaning & Restoration South is seeking vibrant Restoration Technicians to join our team for water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, BIO/HAZ cleanup, structural cleaning, and structural emergencies. Experience can be limited or within a related field such as light construction, specialty cleaning etc. We are a locally owned and operated disaster recovery company with clients all over Illinois. As our company continues the path of growth, we are always looking for talented, enthusiastic individuals to join our team and grow with us! Duties include but are not limited to: o Water Mitigation o Mold Remediation o Project Documentation o Demolition o Debris Removal o Content and Carpet Cleaning o Fire and Smoke Cleaning o Bio/HAZ Clean Up o Structural Cleaning o Sewage Remediation o General Repairs and Cleaning o Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Starting rate is between $16-$17/hour. Company pays time and half, overtime, and double time. Technician benefits include: Company Vehicle including all fuel and maintenance. Appropriate tools of trade are provided. We offer medical, dental and vacation benefits. A clean DMV record and criminal background check required.
