Description Danfoss, a global market leader in climate and energy, has an opening in its Loves Park, IL facility for a Production Associate. This person understands and acts upon instructions and procedures in order to complete assembly process. The individual we are looking for is self-sufficient, hard-working and able to work efficiently and productively in a fast paced production environment. Job Responsibilities - Pick/pull materials for assemblers - Restock components for assemblers - Light assembly of components - Attention to detail - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts - Attention to quality - Comply with safety requirements - Ability to function as a team member - Looking for 2nd shift - Position is 6 month temp to hire Job is Mon-Fri but must be available to work Saturdays as needed based on business volume. 2nd shift: 330p-1130p Must be 18 years of age.
