We have provided residential and commercial property solutions for nearly 60 years. We are looking for a high-energy, skilled, reliable Renovation Tech to execute our apartment and townhome upgrades. To apply: Essential Duties • Cabinet installation • Flooring installation • Demolition • Electrical and plumbing finishing • Drywall repair • Door and hardware installation Requirements • 3-10 years renovation / remodel experience is required • General knowledge of the interior construction industry and safe practices with the proficiency in the use of power and hand tools • Ability to perform job safety analysis and report or correct any job site hazards • Must have own hand-tools • Must be self-directed and able to work independently with little supervision • Candidate must be dependable, have organization skills, be detail oriented and a team player, strong work ethic • Supervisory skills a plus • Valid NYS Driver License • Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, stooping, digging, repetitive motion, working on roofs and in weather related elements Full benefit package: medical, dental, life, PTO, 401k with match.
