We are looking for experienced preservation contractors for following counties in state of Upstate Western New York. We are looking for a detail-oriented property inspector *immediately* to inspect residential properties. You will be evaluating vacant bank owned properties for compliance in regulations, inspecting the integrity of structures, and documenting your findings in reports. This job consists of taking detailed photos of the entire property inside and out. If it is secured with postings and lock box and vacant, take photos of exterior, yard, and outbuildings including inside of outbuildings. Photos of all appliances and rooms, basements, attics, crawl spaces, etc. Ensuring damages are photographed and measured. Make note of any and all damages or conveyance issues. All photos will be taken through our easy to use app that works on any android or iphone device.
