After years as a rental house, I turned a house into a fix-and-flip property... It has new carpet, refinished hardwood floors, brand new paint throughout. It has been on the market for sale, and is under contract. Closing is a couple weeks away and I want to vacuum and dust and make it pretty for the new family. After that... I have been busy working on this rental for months and have neglected my own house! My house needs all the same, but it's lived in, and furnished.
