New & gently worn dresses available to select from on Saturday, September 18th from 12-4 pm at Rust Library, 380 Old Waterford Rd., NW, Leesburg, VA 20176. * One dress free to take home per teen. No appointment or reservations needed. No requirements. No admission fee. Dressing rooms are available. Over 400 beautiful, formal short dresses are brand new with tags! Every size, style and color dress imaginable! The Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun (JWCL) is a non-profit woman's community service organization that has been serving the community for 70 years.
