Bear Staffing is now hiring Distribution Center Associates for our client in Smyrna, DE. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!! Pay Rate: $20-$23 per hour (depending on shift - higher pay for weekend shifts) Shift: • Multiple shifts available • Weekday or Weekend shifts available We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates to perform Entry - Level Warehouse responsibilities. Previous experience in physically demanding position required. Responsibilities: • Unloading product from trucks • Loading boxes unto trucks • Pack, wrap, label, ship products • Moving materials around the distribution center • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Reliable Transportation • Must be able to stand on feet for up to 12 hours • Ability to lift 50lbs • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment Click here for an on-the-spot interview at any time that works for your schedule!
