Need 15-25 hrs per week laborer at mobile home park

Description

Ponderosa Mobile Home park is undergoing an infrastructure redevelopment effort. We need a hardworking person, who has basic skills (or is a quick learner), can follow direction and be dependable. English speaking is a must. This person will be working with a small core group reporting to property management and interfacing with other contractors throughout the project. We expect the project to continue for 4-6 months. After that, this opportunity could morph into other opportunities for the right person who had paid their dues. The job includes: digging, repairing under mobile homes, demo work, fencing, signage, etc. We offer competitive pay and are willing to be flexible in work hrs. If the right person wanted to work 4 hrs per day Mon-Fri or full days mon, Thurs, and Sat, we can accommodate that. We provide all tools and materials.
