reconstruction work company.
Must have these following three requirements:
-Current business licensing,
-Insurance
-Workman’s compensation
Skills needed:
-Scheduling
-Estimating
-Invoicing
-Contract documents like work orders/change order
-Analyze construction drawings
-Framing
-Waterproofing
-Exterior cladding
-General carpentry
-Concrete / drainage / grading / irrigation
The right sub-contractor will be able to take on smaller projects ($500 - $50K) “turn-key”.
