The family that was killed in Kabul

I just heard that there was a secondary explosion of something in the car that was hit. It is being reported that it was the secondary explosion that killed the family. The count now is up to 10. It did not say where they were living at the time. Again, war is hell. Innocents get caught up in that, unfortunately. One would argue that if it weren't for the initial explosion, the secondary explosion would not have occurred. At least not where it was parked. It would have been moved, blown up and killed who knows how many.
