I am new to Austin from Albuquerque, NM where I had a successful gigging career with a full 6-piece band playing my original music. I have a music degree, and am currently auditioning members to play local shows in the Austin area- currently seeking a drummer, bass player, keyboardist, and if you can add supporting vocals that would be ideal. If you are interested in playing in an Alt/Rock band with elements of classic rock, soul/funk, and Texas rock, please reply. I am a lead singer and lead/rhythm guitarist, and have a full-length studio record out with a 1 and a half hour set of original music already written and recorded. I am asking auditioners to prepare one of my original tunes which I will send a link to once you reply. I am 27 and ideally would like to collaborate with people in the general area of that age range. I have several gigs on the books that will pay, if you're interested please let me know and we will set up a time to get together.
