Description
Interested in expanding your vocal abilities during this time where we are shut away due to the virus? Looking to improve your public speaking skills to help you in your career? Have dreams of acting or singing professionally? Look no further! With a combination of professional singing experience and teaching experience, I'm confident that no matter what your goals as a student are, we can put in the work to help you achieve them. My name is Tyler, and I am passionate about the arts, and arts education! I have directed and music directed children's educational productions at wonderful companies such as Derryfield Repertory Theatre (101 Dalmatians), Priscilla Beach Theatre (Kamp Kaos, Honk! Jr.), and Peacock Players (The B.F.G.). I have also directed many collegiate productions, most recently, an incredibly successful production of The Curious Incident of The Dog in The Night Time, at Boston Conservatory. I have coached countless friends, peers, and students alike to help them prepare for Broadway auditions, regional theatre calls, and anything else you can imagine.
In an educational setting, I strive to set up an environment that includes mutual respect, clear expectations, and equitable treatment. As a lifelong-learner myself, I know that I function best as a student when I feel supported, encouraged, and challenged. I will go to the greatest lengths possible to support, encourage, and challenge you in order to help you grow as an artist, and reach whatever goals you set your heart on. Lessons are all conducted through the Zoom platform. For more information, check out our website at www.shore-studios.org
