Our communities are currently looking for full time maintenance help Looking for applicants with excellent reliability, positive attitude, good customer service and attention to detail. 40 hours work week no previous experience required. Must be good with hand tools and have the ability to learn on the go. Fast paced and friendly environment! Valid driver's license is required. Duties include assisting with completing work orders, apartment turns, grounds, pool care and preventative maintenance as well as other tasks delegated by management.
