I play Guitar, with a minor in Keys, and an appreciation of noise and dissonance (as ingredients, not the main course). I'm interested in all music from ambient to metal, and very much all that falls between. I need to make music that purposefully goes somewhere. I'm looking for intelligent, open-minded musicians motivated to venture into, and navigate through, unknown landscapes. Looking for what we can do as a team of skilled and focused players. Not interested in comparing influences or putting together 'tributes" to band X or musician Y's styles. Your ego is welcome if it's honest and demonstrably valid. However, pride in willful ignorance is intolerable i.e.: "I play what I feel, man, if I learn something, I won't be ME any longer" Open to forming or joining. Willing to start as a duo if I can find one person with the same outlook. Bass and Drums would be ideal but will consider others. A like-minded guitarist would be welcome. And electronic do-gooder would be cool. This probably has to be Original, instrumental, or populated with 'found vocals' but I'm willing to consider options.
