We service the Jacksonville area with assets upward towards 10,000 The Candidates: We are currently seeking qualified, experienced contractors to take our maintenance work orders for Jacksonville. These are NOT turns or rehabs this is all service work for single family rental homes. Experience is required in one or more of the following fields, with priority consideration to those skilled in multiple areas: • Landscaping • Roof Repair (1 and 2 Story) • Flooring • Fence Repairs • Drywall/Texture and Paint • Light Plumbing • Light Electric • General Home Maintenance The Pay: • Per work order and paid on a Net7 or Net30 basis. • The labor payout for each work order is dependent on the scope of work. • We pay for all materials.
