Janitorial company looking to hire a part time crew of two people to clean several buildings located in North Irving, Coppell, Grapevine, Lewisville and Carrollton. All buildings are within 20 minutes of one another. The buildings are cleaned on the weeknights after 6PM and weekends anytime. Cleaning days vary anywhere from 1X per week to 5x per week depending on the building. We will supply all of the equipment, cleaning supplies and provide the training. Compensation: Contracted rates which vary per building. Requirements: We prefer two people to clean, either a husband and wife or two family members. Ideal candidates will live within 30 minutes of these cities. Commercial Office Cleaning experience preferred but not required. You must have your own vehicle. You must have a cell phone. Must be in good physical health to do tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal and ability to use a backpack vacuum. Must be able to communicate well and accept direction from management. Must have a Social Security or TIN number. Anyone who cleans must pass a background check.
