Lost on Wednesday, the 25th of August, in mid-afternoon, on main street in Charles Town, between the library and Walgreen's Pharmacy, the left half of the rear bumper, of a 2006 Scion. I drove over a tree limb lying in the street, just past the library. The limb snagged on the underside of the car, and was dragged for some distance. Either the limb came loose, and carried away a portion of the bumper, or the limb knocked the bumper loose, and the bumper was dragged before it broke loose. I believe the piece may have fallen off somewhere around KFC or McDonalds. However, it is possible that it may have remained on the car until I turned to go to Walgreen's. The piece is plastic, dark blue, about 30 inches long, curved on one end, and about 5 inches wide. You may have my undying gratitude for the return of this item, or a $50 reward, whichever you choose. Email
