Summary: To take the actions necessary to make minor repairs, execute work orders, perform preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned to care for the facility. Procedures will be accomplished in accordance with department policies and procedures and operating manuals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance in one or more of the following areas:  Air Conditioning  Heating  Construction  Mechanical  Electrical  Painting  General Maintenance  Plumbing  Grounds  Refrigeration  Ventilation • Assists others with repairs and projects as assigned. • Hours are from 12:30pm tp 9:00pm and Weekends.
