Cleaner wanted for a property management company. Work includes but is not limited to exterior property cleanup, common area cleaning, and trashing out and cleaning units as part of turning a vacant. We manage 150 residential units and growing. Pay starts at 15/hr and is based on experience + mileage reimbursement. We pay for travel time between jobs. You must have your own cleaning supplies, valid drivers license, transportation, and references.
