Iso looking for a housebroken dog to take in

Looking to take in a housebroken dog prefers smaller to keep as an ESA in my apartment. Must be friendly :) will be with someone at all times and these apartments do allow dogs as many people here have them. Free if possible i had to put a $300 down payment to keep one here also $25 a month. This dog will be very well cared for. Located in kent.
