Description

Needing an experienced full time ranch hand for small ranch in the Hamilton MT area. Looking for someone to join our family ranch who has experience with cattle, haying, and grazing management practices specifically with calving, branding, moving cattle by ATV or on horseback, and cattle sales. Work includes building and maintaining fencing, haying and general property maintenance. Should be familiar with running, maintaining and repairing tractors, swather, rake, and baler as well as other ranch equipment. Looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, takes pride in their work and in their job. Must be able to learn quickly, work by themselves and finish in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a long term situation, though we will consider someone who has the right experience and can start immediately, but who may not be looking for a long term commitment.
