Description Job Title: Housekeepers Company Name: Comfort Valet, Inc Company Website: www.comfortvalet.com Summary: The position of Housekeeper is to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of customers' residences. Specific duties include but are not limited to cleaning and dusting household living spaces, mopping and vacuuming, emptying trash, washing dishes, cleaning bathroom fixtures, making beds, replenishing linens, doing laundry and ironing and folding. Essential Functions include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Be consistent and punctual. Plan to arrive at the client site 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. Be accessible by phone during work hours and respond to work schedule requested changes quickly via phone, text or email. • Wash windows, wall ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. • Change and launder linens. • Clean and sanitize all surfaces. • Vacuum and mop. • Dispose of trash • Dust and polish furniture and equipment. • Clean inside appliances. Not limited to refrigerators, ovens, washers/dryers. • Provide outstanding customer service always. • Show consistent strong organization in all aspects of your job. Arrive at the job fully prepared to start work. • Use company approved cleaning supplies. Make sure supplies are well stocked and in good condition. • Adhere to health and safety rules and practices. • Perform other duties as directed.
