Description
I own 15 single-family houses, mostly in the Covington area, and am 81 years old. Been maintaining them for 33 years and would like to turn the work over to a caretaker.
Work would be part-time, on your schedule (You should be available, mostly, during weekday, daylight hours but can be retired or have another job).
It would include yard maintenance, painting and cleaning after a tenant move (most tenants have been renting for six years or more), occasional exterior painting, gutter cleaning and light low-roof repair, small electrical and plumbing repair, supervision of purchased-appliance installation, furnace filter installation and miscellaneous tenant needs. I can train and can provide equipment (including 0-turn mower), tools and ladders.
You should have your own transportation. You can count on an average of 15 - 20 hours per week (may be heavier during a tenant turnover or lighter in Winter). Summer work is more prevalent than Winter work, naturally. (859) 866-7755
