Ritchey Landscaping LLC We are a small, very well established Columbus based residential landscape maintenance company looking to hire 1-2 individuals. We currently serve approximately 300 ongoing customers, mostly in the Upper Arlington area. Approximately 80% of the work we do consists of standard landscape maintenance (mowing, spring & fall cleanups, mulching, bush trimming, etc.) & snow removal. The remaining 20% consists of varies misc. projects. Our 2 primary goals are to serve our customers very well (better than our competitors) and to provide the best possible job opportunities for our employees. Compensation: Base starting pay for an individual with little to no experience. $15 hr. General Labor / Non-supervisory positions. $15-$17 hr. Maintenance Supervisor (able to work solo and/or provide site supervision for 1-3 others). $18-$25 hr. Mowing Supervisor, paid by the mow (must be extremely trustworthy & competent). $18-$25 hr. Snow removal. $20-$30 hr. Basic requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must have a driver's license and a good insurable driving record. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Must be very reliable & trustworthy. Must be able and willing to consistently work very efficiently. Must be professional, both in attitude and appearance. Must be cooperative and easy to work with.
