More work than my guys can handle. Have two second-floor room addition jobs. One in Hobart Indiana the other in Homewood IL. Tear off roof, frame second floor addition.
Respond with email and I will send plans to bid off of.
I will pay for all materials and can make progress payments on Labor but I do not give advances on Labor-- every time I do crews disappear before they get any work done.
