Need handyman services for residences in Downtown Los Angeles and Koreatown. compensation: $15 per hour. We need an efficient and dependable handyman that can work about 20 hours per week at your own leisure and schedule. This is for a long term position. We provide you a list and you knock it out any day and time at your convenience. Need to be self-managed. Work early in the mornings or late at nights whichever you prefer. Offering $15 per hour to start. Projects will include unclogging toilets, troubleshooting broken appliances, moving and hauling furniture, replacing sinks, drywall patching, painting and even larger scale construction projects. If you are familiar with electrical then you pretty much have the job. Living locally near downtown LA is a huge plus. Its not worth for you driving a long time to only work a couple of hours. Also sometimes there are leak emergency that is good to be nearby. In addition, there is no parking. Public transit is highly encouraged. There are tools at the property as well as a giant work area.
