Advanced level Country cover lead guitarist wanted

This was us 2 weeks ago with a sub on keys. The PA and lights are ours and we rehearse for free in West Covina. This 5-piece band is in search of a permanent country (Lead – Rhythm) guitar with ability to help with backing vocals for an advanced level non-startup (10 yrs.). This band was #1 on gigmaster.com for private parties 2 years in a row (2018 and 2019 with 36-5-star gigs). Most here have day jobs now, but still live and breathe the band lifestyle. The musician we are looking is capable to do Texas swing to the latest carefully selected line dance songs. Everyone up front sings and we do Clubs, private parties, Concert in the Parks and trio acoustic gigs. We are all vaccinated, (apparently a selling point), no politics, No drugs. Male/Female doesn’t matter. Chemistry and how you play does. We play Country covers and our singer has a trained voice. These guys read sheet music, tab, or use Nashville number system.
