Long answer: Possibly after generations of properly educated citizens. I've been saying for 30 years to teach philosophy in high school so kids learn how to think. It's easy to explain the obvious benefits of masks to young children of average intelligence. It is impossible to get these seemingly adults to grasp it. Schools are obligated to keep the children in their care safe while they are on school grounds. When a child is taught to believe religious text and teachings over science and reality, it's a life long slide which allows them to fall into all kinds of conspiracies. They seem to have 2 choices, reality or religion, and conspiracies don't align with reality. You have to get religion totally out of schools. Couldn't agree more.
