JD Restorations is a licensed Florida-based company that specializes in water mitigation, fire, and mold remediation services. With IICRC certifications in water, fire, and odor control, as well as licenses in mold assessment and remediation with the State of Florida, we here at JD Restorations are held to uphold the very standard that protects both residential and commercial properties when sudden damages occur.
We are currently looking for 3 technicians for our Tampa location.
-Experience
*Some restoration experience and/or construction experience preferred, but we are willing to accept little to no experience as well.

Responsibilities
*Greet a customer upon arrival for a job inspection or mitigation appointment.
Set up equipment, remove building materials and clean damaged areas.
*Follow proper protocol for the specific job assigned.
*Maintain work truck and equipment in a neat and organized manner and ensure that everything is secured.
*Maintain a clean work environment while on a job site.
*Be in proper work attire and use proper personal protective equipment when required.
*Report any incidents to the lead technician or field supervisor.
*Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
*Be exposed to outdoor elements (sunlight/heat/pollen, etc.).
*Be exposed to indoor elements of (dust/mold/bacteria, etc.).
*Install tarps on roofs.

*Able to adapt to new software (PSA/Restoration Manager, etc.)
