Recessed lights - ONLY cut holes and run wires

I have a garage that has fluorescent lights. I need someone to drill recess holes and run wires. I'm able to connect the lights but I need someone that can cut the sheetrock and run wires through joist quickly. I need like 12 holes so better if someone can do this with some tools made for this.
