Now Hiring for Landscape Install Team Leader Job includes: -removing old landscaping and installing new following a 2d plan/3d rendering -install fresh new landscapes -installing all aspects of the landscape project from installing weed fabric, weeding beds, installing mulch or stone -managing a team of 2-4 individuals on the crew -Communicate what materials are needed on the job as it progresses so they can be ready Laid back work environment, no micro managing, no drama. Requirements: -Valid Drivers License ( insurable by insurance company) -manage 2-4 people -drive truck with or without trailer -organized and able to communicate -customer service skills -run a Mini Excavator, kubota tractor, or skid loader benefits: -weekly pay, -Paid Time off after probationary period -Paid holidays -no weekend work ( have worked 1 saturday in a year) -Bonus based off job completion -time and half paid over 40 hours ( its the lawn we mess with this) hours: M-F 7:30am to 4 pm email with description of your exp. and contact information ( phone number and email)
