Maintenance and Janitorial person needed. Hours range from 30 to 40 hours weekly. Experience in routine maintenance in buildings, swimming pools, changing air-conditioning filters, light bulbs and general troubleshooting. Person needs to be able to move heavy trash containers on casters and coordinate the daily removal and handling of trash from the building. Reply via email or telephone.
