Kitchen Tile and Handyman needed

Hello. I have a rental property in Ocean city, NJ. I am looking for a Handyman to help with Three items. The First is, I have tile in my kitchen which was installed 4 years ago, and unfortunately one of my rentals broke three of the floor tiles. I HAVE SPARE TILES. I need someone to carefully remove the three broken tiles, and replace them with three new tiles. I HAVE THE SPARE TILES. The Second Item is they broke my metal bunk bed. I bought a NEW wood bunk bed, so i need someone to disassemble the old bed, and assemble the new bunk bed. Nothing Complicated. Third item is, my wife and I are packing up our breakables,throw rugs, and knick-nacks to move into storage for the winter. We just need someone to move the plastic bins from our 2nd floor apartment into our 3rd floor attic. You don't have to pack anything, just move the plastic bins up a flight of steps. The apartment is small at 800squre feet, so not a lot of stuff, but i am older and not able to do this anymore myself with my bad back. These are Three Easy Tasks. I pay cash. I will be available Saturday September 4th till Wednesday September 8th only. I figure this will be a two day job. I will YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE THOSE DAYS ONLY. I am not window shopping, this work needs to be done so lets make a good deal and get this done! Please let me know what date and time you are available to look at this asap.
