5th Anniversary Party with live music, new beers, and a focus on sustainability with our partner Rock the Green. Join us as we celebrate the past with our eyes on the future with a party focused on sustainability awareness with great beer, music, and food! Third Space will partner with Rock the Green to celebrate our 5th Anniversary on Saturday September 25th with a FREE, zero-waste party featuring live music, food trucks, sustainability education provided by local nonprofits, special beer releases, and archived beer tappings. The event features 2 special Anniversary beer releases that you can pre-order right here along with VIP tickets for event. Anniversary Beers In honor of our 5th, we are starting a new special anniversary tradition, the release of our barrel-aged Solera beer. This beer employs the Solera aging process where it moves through three layers of different spirit barrels over time, each year leaving some behind to add age and complexity to the next year’s blend. Our Solera is aged in Bourbon, then Brandy, then PX Sherry barrels. Each year we will release a new blend that builds on prior years. The process is inspired by the aging of Sherry wine and the recipe for our Solera beer was designed to emulate a fine aged Sherry. It was brewed with honey and raisin. FIVE - this year's Anniversary Solera will be available in 500ml bottles for $25 each. Limit 5 per customer in pre-order. Pick up your order at the Anniversary Party. You can also order this beer in a special package (see below). The Solera beer was brewed with Five Year Anniversary Rock the Green IPA Every year we release a special Anniversary IPA on tap and in cans. This year we will donate 25% of sales from this IPA to Rock the Green to further its sustainability efforts. You can pre-order this beer as well for $15 per 6-pack for pick up at the Anniversary.
