On Monday, September 13th, 2021, Stand Up Federal Way is hosting a Candidate Forum for the 4 candidates they are supporting in the upcoming Federal Way City Council race. Council Candidates Daniel Miller, Erica Norton, Jack Dovey, and Jack Walsh will appear at the Candidate Forum, which will be held at 6:30 PM at Brooklake Church, 629 S 356th St, Federal Way, WA 98003. Doors open at 5:30 PM. You will have the opportunity to write down candidate questions at the door or send them in advance to [email protected]. The four candidates will discuss their vision for a Federal Way operated by the will of the citizens of Federal Way, not Seattle politics. If you are concerned about the direction our city is headed, come hear from the candidates who have a plan to turn things around! Stand Up Federal Way began in early 2021 with a plan to work with the city and private property owners to clean up our city. Blocked at every turn by city officials, Stand Up Federal Way leadership determined they would need to work to elect leaders who will actually answer to “We the People” of Federal Way – NOT Seattle bureaucrats who want to use Federal Way as their southern testing site/dumping ground.
