THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS INTIMATE WORKSHOP [PLEASE KEEP READING] Kendyl will be guiding you through a relaxing "yin yoga flow" to get you grounded, centered, and ready to effortlessly sink into the breathwork. Breath Work Master, Ben Holt will be leading you and the fellow attendees through a mystical journey consisting of sonic neural breath work & a grounding meditation. This event is for all levels. [PLEASE KEEP READING] Through this style of breathwork, the participant is able to purge trauma and any 'Stuck energy' in the body and subconscious mind. This happens through increasing the vibrational frequency via deep circular breathing. This breathwork incorporates movement, and sound, as the participant is encouraged to expel sound, move, and express as much as needed for a full-body catharsis (Conducive energetic release.) This breathwork can be very intensive & hands on (by facilitators) and is often followed by a sharing circle and an integration process. Leaving the workshop you will feel empowered, balanced, light and at peace with practical tools and techniques you can use on your own.
