Join us for a free boxing series hosted by Decathlon USA and SF Boxing Club This class is open to all levels of boxing practitioners. Learn and build the boxing fundamentals by learning to develop the proper stance and movement as well as basic offense and defense. In this workshop you can expect interval training with certified boxing instructors that will include mitt work, bag work, footwork, and jump rope exercises. Equipment Required: Boxing Wraps* Boxing Gloves* Jump Rope* Please bring your own equipment.
