Social mixer at Amity Hall Join The Arts and Sciences Graduate Council for a casual night at Amity Hall to meet and get to know your new classmates. Tickets include one entree and open bar with wine and beer for two hours. Note: This event will be held outdoors. Ticket EligibilityTickets are available for purchase by GSAS Masters (M.A) and Ph.D. students in recognized constituent departments of ASGC ONLY. Each GSAS student can buy one ticket. See Appendix I of the ASGC Constitution for recognized departments [LINK] If you are not a GSAS Masters or Ph.D. student your ticket order will be cancelled and you will NOT get a refund. Event FAQsWhat are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?Amity Hall is a short walk away from campus at 109th St and Amsterdam Ave. Can I bring a guest?While we wish we can accommodate all students and their guests, the ASGC budget is limited. As such, this event is limited to GSAS graduate students only. The event is sold out. Will there be more tickets available?We release all tickets at once. If the event is sold out, there are no more tickets available at this time. You can add yourself to the waitlist. If a ticket becomes available you will have EIGHT (8) hours to complete your purchase. What's the refund policy?If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund (in fact we encourage this!).
