Want to try acro yoga? Women only pls and you must not be too heavy since some of the poses involve lifting.... I have done one session and I want to practice...we can start w the simple poses: plank, bird, throne then move up from there...regular yoga experience or gymnastics is a plus, but not necessary...age not important... if interested hmu text or email...Scott....this is a legit post pls DO NOT flag!! Someone on here keeps flagging...a jerk
