Irma continues generations of family artisan traditions by making Alebrijes. She learned the art and tradition of Oaxaca's Alebrijes at just 9 years of age with her family. Her Dad continues to send the handmade Alebrijes from Oaxaca, so she may continue the family traditions here. You will be able to make a traditional Dia de los Muertos frame where you can place the photo of a loved one for Dia de los Muertos. You can bring it back to the finale precession, or keep it at home!
