At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. Chick-fil-A is an opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. The business is closed every Sunday.
As a Back of the House Team Member, your job will be to make our incredible food! You will prepare guest orders, uphold our high food quality standards, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by observing health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest is quickly served great food. We are looking for hard working, friendly, and honest individuals who are interested in enthusiastically serving our guests. We will teach you everything else you need to know. No previous experience is necessary! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves with a positive attitude and truthful character, demonstrating the level of care and service associated with Chick-fil-A.
