Join a host of women as we unite for an amazing session of aligning mind, body,soul,spirit through dance, affirmation/meditation. You don't want to miss my 1st session of "She AWAKENS" Dance, Affirmation and Meditation, an environment to awaken the individual POWER that WE possess as women!!! Each woman will receive a 1st time welcome gift. This is about YOU my sister, come and be apart of a Divine, Empowering time!! Please wear fitness attire, you are welcomed to be as fashionable as you'd like. (No High Heels, please be prepared to be barefoot during the session) Please Bring YOGA MAT !!! MASK ARE OPTIONAL! Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, or any other flu-like symptoms, please do not attend. !!ENTRANCE WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 11:55pm(Please try to be on time, if running late please send a message to Host so that the Host will be prepared to let you into the session upon arrival)
