Using a 3D concrete printer this exhibition will showcase the design talent of local student designers. “Setting the Table for 3d Printed Affordable Housing” is an exploration of a nascent technology for the built environment. Using a 3D concrete printer this exhibition will showcase the design talent of local student designers.The exhibition will include works designed by students, such as coffee tables, cocktail tables, dining tables, and side tables. There will be a live print of the student designs as well as an exhibit of completed works. Along with the exhibition, there will be a workshop to discuss the 3d printing process and how it presents a new pathway to tackle the housing insecurity problem across the country.
