Health Fair and Trick-or-Treating The Luzerne County Medical Society (LCMS) is excited to host the third annual BOOtastic Health Fair on Saturday, October 16th at the Wyoming Valley Mall from 12PM to 3PM. The purpose of the health fair is to increase health awareness through education, prevention and fun. We would like to provide attendees with information on health-related programs, services and providers located in our surrounding community.   All vendors are asked to bring packaged candy bags for trick-or-treating. Join in the fun by using your imagination to come up with spooktacular costumes and table dressings!  100% Volunteer Organization - FREE Includes 6 ft. table with linen and chairs. Health Fair Vendor - $100 Includes 6 ft. table with linen and chairs. Candy Sponsor - $200 Signage at entrance table and vendor table. Snack Sponsor - $300 Logo and/or signage on snack table. Vendor table at event. Community Health Sponsor - $500 Logo on promotional material and signage at event. Two vendor tables at event. LCMS Member Vendor - $50 Includes 6 ft. table with linen and chairs. Day of Schedule 11AM - Registration and set up 12PM to 3PM - Health Fair and Trick-or-Treating 3PM - Breakdown
